About Rodney Elliott

Rodney is a former Mayor and Lowell City Councilor. He was elected to represent the 16th Middlesex District in the State House of Representatives. The District includes the neighborhoods of Pawtucketville and Centralville in Lowell and precincts 1, 2, 3A, 5B and 6 in North Chelmsford & The Westlands. He is currently running for the Massachusetts State Senate representing the 1st Middlesex District.
